214 colloidal silver users responded to a poll organized and conducted by Roger Altman. The question: How many people have experienced side effects resulting from colloidal silver use?
205 users reported no side effects from colloidal silver use ( 95.8% )
The nine users reporting side effects all found ways to eliminate the problems.
One report described intestinal gas
Three users reported loose bowels
Two reported Herxheimer reactions
Two reported general digestion problems
One reported a calcium adsorption problem
The average amount of time these 214 people have been using colloidal silver: 2.2 years

Subject: Family Heath
We as a family never get sick or when we do it is very minor or just a light cough for less then a day.
We got a little nervous with H1N1 fear factor and the BS hype and started taking Silver 100 in high doses (Dr Deagle's product) yes it is expensive but it does support his on line radio show.
Normally we take Colodial Silver on a daily basis and have been for a year.
we will cut back now and only take it once a week for fear of Argyria.
I should mention we also take a high dosage of herbs and vitamins and have been for many years. I attribute our heath to Organic foods and herbs.
I think it would be wise to only take CS when needed or maybe as a bi-yearly detox. I can't see any reason to take it daily unless you are trying to help the body fight off a disease.
Better to avoid a primary infection in the first place with high doses of vitamin D3 from sheep wool tablets, Organic vitamins and food and avoid all vaccines and unfiltered tap water.

Subject: Ageryia?
I am 17 and extremely fed up with my acne. I keep being told by my family that CS works wonders and I should apply it to my face everyday. I've used proactive, and other acne treatments but none seem to stop the breakouts no matter how many times a day I wash my face. I am very concerned about the risk of ageryia and having my skin pigmentation turn the blue and grayish colour. Since our CS is homemade, I was wondering if the use of the silver topically could cause this condition to occur over a long duration of use...

Subject: Tasting silver when breathing in
Several months ago, I purchased a well-known CS generator that many people seem to like. I've been averaging about 6 ounces per day. Obviously the CS has been killing off something because I've had crawling sensations all over my body since then, the worst in my lungs and eyes. The problem is, I've started tasting silver most of the time when I breath in, so I've backed off of it, thinking I'm getting a toxic buildup. I've had a buildup of another metal in my body, so even though most people excrete the CS, I'm thinking my body may not get rid of it like others do. Is that an indication you might get argyria? What kind of toxic effects can I get? I do have a huge runaway infection, probably more than one, and noone knows how to treat it, so I may have to stay on the CS regardless, but I'd like to know what it could do to me.

My son has limes disease and he really can't function each day very well. I read an article about silver that it could help his health. Could it be that it will help can anyone give me some insight, we have no answers for him. Pleading for help if anyone knows if this will work and if it is safe for a 22 year old wbleepedhas no immune system to stay healthy with. Thanks for the other comments.

There is no reason that your son cannot take colloidal silver. Because of the suspension of the silver particles it will get into his blood stream and remove any bacteria, virus etc that led to the lime disease.
collodial silver attacks one-celled organisms, bacteria, by destroying the enzymes that the organism uses to metabolize oxygen. This destroys the bacteria's membranes and it cannot "reproduce" by replicating its DNA. This slows and ultimate eliminates the infection. In turn, colloidal silver would attack the bacteria that cause Lyme disease in the same way.
As with other treatments for Lyme disease, you must expect a Herxheimer effect when the spirochetes begin to die, so increase your doses slowly and carefully.
Colloidal silver can also be used on Lyme-related skin conditions and/or rashes, in a nasal spray mister - to reach the sinuses and nasal passages, to gargle with for sore throats and even in the eyes.
Colloidal silver is painless on cuts, abrasions, and even in open wounds, because, unlike some antiseptics, it does not destroy tissue cells. It is also excellent as an underarm deodorant, since most underarm odor is caused by bacteria breaking down substances released by the sweat glands.
We have all heard of the "super-germs" that are resistant to most modern antibiotics. Some believe that single-celled germs cannot mutate into silver-resistant forms, as happens with conventional antibiotics. Therefore no tolerance to colloidal silver would develop through mutation.
Inside the body, silver doesn’t form toxic compounds or react with anything other than a germ's oxygen-metabolizing enzyme. Additionally, there has never been a drug interaction reported between colloidal silver and any other medication.
The basic guideline that has been recommended for using colloidal silver is that it usually "works" if you can get a high enough concentration to the "affected area". Some will want to experiment with "higher amounts" (such as 8 or more ounces at a time) to find out what it takes to accomplish this. Do not use colloidal silver if you are allergic to contact with silver metals, or if you notice any digestive upset after use.

Here is a partial list: acne, AIDS, allergies, appendicitis, arthritis, athlete's foot, bladder inflammation, blood parasites, blood poisoning, boils, burns, cancer, candida, cholera, colitis, conjunctivitis, cystitis, dermatitis, diabetes, dysentery, eczema, fibrositis, gastritis, gonorrhea, hay fever, herpes, impetigo, indigestion, keratitis, leprosy, leukemia, lupus, lymphangitis, Lyme disease, malaria, meningitis, neurasthenia, parasitic infections: viral, fungal and bacterial pneumonia, pleurisy, prostate, psoriasis, purulent opthalmia, rhinitis, rheumatism, ringworm, scarlet fever, septic conditions of the eyes, ears, mouth, and throat, seborrhea, septicemia, shingles, skin cancer, staphylococcus and streptococcus infections, stomach flu, syphilis, thyroid, tuberculosis, tonsillitis, toxemia, trachoma, all forms of virus, warts, whooping cough, yeast infection, stomach ulcer, canine parovirus and other veterinary uses.
With his limes disease I would highly recommend purchasing your own generator. My mother has recently bought one and is making colloidal silver for my aunt wbleepedhas HER-2 Triple Negative bleeped cancer. She has started a treatment with the silver, weakly increasing her dose. She is currently taking a cup(8oz) a day. This is split into three times daily. She has started feeling the effects of the silver healing some of her other past problems.

I would suggest a couple of things for folks wbleepedmight have trouble getting a diagnosis but know they are ill with something. Check out the info on the new XMRV retrovirus. Also....there is some discussion that about 25% of the nation can not or do not detox well normally. That being said it is possible that one could be killing off things w/ CS or another product but then be holding on to the die off toxins. At some point the build up of toxins acbleepedulates and begins to tear down the entire body cell by cell. A live blood cell analysis is another good idea. Finding a good ND or MD to work w/ you wbleepedknows what they are doing is extremely difficult as well.

I normally need at least 2 doses of antibiotics to rid me of sinus and all the symptons
Had it bad a month ago -purchased a generator plus some CS gel
Shoved the gel up the schnoz and gargled a teaspoon of sample product
Still do not believe how clear and well I felt within a 24hr period!
Convince others of this wonder drug? Not even my immediate family!
And apart from being a silverblue tinge, I'd bet all the above cases were 'as healthy as"!

Reading all the negative feedback out there on Colloidal Silver. I purchased the product Silver Biotics when I had developed a flu, and was moving into my chest. It was a Saturday and was feeling death, I could not make it to the clinic till Monday. I followed the instructions, but used a little more "just in case" of the product. Along with the other sick remedies nasal spray, aspirin, and alot of water Monday came and was coughing up alot of stuff, but felt healthy, so I put the clinic off till Thursday. Thursday came around and i actually felt like a new man, and to report all symptoms of the flu/bronchitis were gone by Saturday! Worked so well in my opinion that I have since learned to make my own to keep on hand. Don't agree with the idea to make it strong and drink it in large quantities everyday to keep from catching something, but as an emergency I would recommend. Just do your research and don't be allergic to silver, and maybe you won't end up like some of the people posting bad results.
