Subject: Using Colloidal Silver in the dryer
I recently bought a product advertised on TV called Mister Steamy. It is a dryer ball designed to eliminate wrinkles when drying clothes. Instead of filling it with the solution provided by the company, I put colloidal silver into the ball. Am I crazy? Would there be any benefit to doing this? Would the sponge inside the ball filter out the silver particles? I just thought it could be a good idea. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks Charles in Florida June 21, 2010 - 06:13

Subject: Making my own silver collioid solution
I ordered a kit years ago for making my own solution with instructions. It came with 2 pieces of pure silver wire and clips for attaching to the wire and something else while submurged in distilled water. i forgot if the other end of the clip was hooked to a 9volt or 2 9volts or what, but you could see the bubbles forming on the silver wire. Does this basic formula sound familiar to anyone? Anybody know a simple method to making the solution? June 10, 2010 - 22:35

3 of the 9 volt batteries in series, for a total of 27 volts... but you want a resistor in series with the voltage source and the silver wires in distilled water. Go to Radio Shack (or other electronic parts store) and ask for a package of 33K ohm resistors - there will be 3 colored bands ORANGE-ORANGE-ORANGE and a 4th band of SILVER or GOLD color. One dollar for five; you need only one of them. Hook a 33K ohm resistor in series with one of the battery leads. A set of alligator clip leads from electronic supply is very handy for rigging this stuff up. Without the resistor, there is way too much current, and the particles are huge - you want tiny ones. With the resistor, you limit the current. I run my 16oz batches for 3 to 4 hours using this setup. June 12, 2010 - 02:53

Thanks so much for the great information. I am totally electrically challenged so i will have a buddy go over your suggestions and steer me through it. I wanted to ask you if silver wire has to be used or can other types of .999 fine silve be used. silver coin for example? And how would everything be hooked up with the clips? Your response is greatly appreciated. May 21, 2010 - 13:22
Subject: Colloidal Silver & 3% H2O2 Dilution
Hello everyone, June 10, 2010 - 22:39
Subject: Re: Colloidal Silver & 3% H2O2 Dilution
I have read that you should add H2O2 only just before use... i.e. use it within 5 to 30 minutes once you add the H2O2 - a whole liter would probably not be a good idea. For 8 oz. to be used within 30 minutes, you need only add one or two drops of 3% H2O2. Drugstore kind will do just fine as long as it says USP on the label; no need for "food grade" H2O2. Subject: Source of silver in hair test
A hair test showed silver at 21 ppm (21 ug/g) which is WAY high. It was 6.1 ppm in 2008 but only 0.04-0.07 ppm in 2002 & 2005. I do not use any colloidal silver products and have no work, bobbies, or other likely source. Any ideas? Well water? "Spray type" municipal sewage treatment? Are there any toxic effects? Are there meaningful blood tests? Or should I just be grateful that I have enough silver to kill lots of bugs (come to think of it, I haven't had a cold or anything for 3 years). Any pointers for further research appreciated. May 17, 2010 - 13:39

Subject: CS and Candida
I believe very strongly that I have a candida overgrowth. Does anyone know if CS would be helpful in fighting this and if so what is the best way to get it and how much should I take. Any help would be appreciated. I am a noob when it comes to natural healing, but my eyes have been opened. June 11, 2010 - 01:25
Subject: Re: CS and Candida
Candida can be cured using Colloidal silver, but it will be stopped faster with MMS (Chlorine Dioxide) and then we take several tablespoons daily of silver to maintain good health. We have used silver to take out flu, colds, and cold sores. We use it in our animal water for cats, dogs, chickens, etc. to kill infections. May 06, 2010 - 09:29
